The Partners

Atty. Jen, BPC Law’s Managing Partner, has been in law practice for more than 14 years. Her areas of practice include general corporate law, banking law, education law, and data privacy. Before founding BPC Law, she held various in-house legal positions, the latest serving as Head of the Corporate Advisory Department under the Legal Services Group at Sterling Bank of Asia. 

In addition to her responsibilities at the law firm, Atty. Jen currently serves as a Senior Legal Counsel at the Ateneo de Manila University, where she performs work for the University’s Legal and Compliance Office (ULCO) and Data Protection Office (UDPO). She is also a part-time lecturer at the Lights Institute, a private consulting company that provides trainings and seminars on data privacy.

Atty. Nik brings over 14 years of legal experience, with core expertise in civil and criminal litigation. As a seasoned litigator, he has represented both corporate and individual clients in various capacities, including as private prosecutor and defense counsel,. in proceedings in various courts and quasi-judicial bodies, including the Sandiganbayan, appellate courts, National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and the National Privacy Commission. He has appeared before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) as counsel for a corporate intervenor in proceedings involving the approval of a Power Supply Agreement. He has also served as retained counsel for a local energy distribution utility and a renewable energy company on regulatory compliance and contractual matters.

 
In addition to his legal practice, Atty. Nik has been a committed legal educator since 2013. He has taught at several institutions, including the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Law, Lyceum of the Philippines University College of Law, Philippine Law School, and Ateneo de Naga University College of Law. His teaching portfolio includes Legal Writing, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Special Penal Laws, and Remedial Law Review.

 
Before co-founding BPC Law, Atty. Nik served as a Senior Associate at Maceda Maceda Pollisco Tan Anenias GPP (Maceda Law), where he handled a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters.

Atty. David specializes in labor law, immigration law, and corporate law. His practice includes advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters, including business registration and licensing, real estate transactions, and the drafting and review of commercial contracts.

Prior to joining BPC Law, Atty. David served as a Senior Associate at Maceda Maceda Pollisco Tan Anenias GPP (Maceda Law), where he gained extensive experience in corporate advisory and regulatory compliance.
